WITH many colleges and universities starting the semester today, there’s a need to repeat key messages that will protect and save many young lives.
Don’t be pressured to have sex.
If you can’t abstain, have protected sex.
If you had unprotected sex, be tested for the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and be helped.

The number of new HIV cases continues to rise in the country.
