Barrita: PNoy’s witness

PRESIDENT Noynoy Aquino, whose explanation on the Jan. 25 Mamasapano debacle always seemed short of what the public wants, has invoked God as his witness.
“With God as my witness, I tell you the truth,” PNoy told the graduating members of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) Lakandula Class of 2015 in Silang Cavite Thursday.
A witness like that should now silence PNoy’s non-believers.
