ALYANNA Martinez has broken her silence after her grandmother, Amalia Fuentes, made a scene at the cremation of her mother, the late Liezl Martinez.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, the eldest daughter of Liezl and Albert Martinez posted this message: "The truth will always be the truth even if no one believes it."

She said actions speak louder than words.

"Believe what you want. Actions speak much louder than words. A flat out lie will ALWAYS be a lie. And the truth will ALWAYS be the truth no matter what. My mother is no longer around to defend herself so I delegate that task to myself now. If you truly love a person, you don’t destroy them. Living and/or dead. Enough said," she said.

Alyanna added: "God will have the final judgment at the end and our ENTIRE clan can rest in peace knowing the truth and not all the malicious attention seeking lies being spread around."

She also said that people should not judge the situation based on the "false rant of one single person," referring to Liezl's mother, Amalia.

"You don’t know the whole story so don’t judge based on the false rants of one single person against a whole room of people who truly and deeply love my mother with all their hearts and not just for show," Alyanna said.

Fuentes was so mad when she stormed out of the Arlington Memorial Crematorium in Quezon City, claiming she was excluded from the final rites for her daughter.

"Alam ninyo ba kung bakit ako na-late? Hindi ko alam saan gagawin. Sila sila ang nag-decide, yung mga bestfriend, yung mga ganun. Ako, where was I? Nowhere. Nobody talked to me," she said.

Fuentes added that even Liezl's father, Romeo Vasquez, who came all the way from the United States, was not even mentioned during the cremation ceremony.

The veteran actress said she's the most affected by Liezl's passing.

"For the longest time I was never a part of their lives but I was always there for her. The last time I talked to her, she was all alone in her bedroom and she was crying," she said.

"I can never replace Liezl. I was hoping na mauuna ako. I was thinking na I will not experience this day, which is the worst day of my life. I feel like ako dapat ang mamatay."

Liezl lost her eight-year battle with breast cancer last March 14, around two weeks before her 48th birthday. (Sunnex)
