CEBU. Devotees of the Sto. Niño have flocked to the Sto. Niño de Cebu parish in Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City to take photos of Niño Palaboy, believed to be a talking and, at times, moving Niño. (Alan Tangcawan)
