Farm worker in Brgy. Bantigue, HARASSED!

Ormoc City Police Office - A farm worker was reportedly harassed with a handgun in Purok 5 at Brgy. Bantigue, Thursday October 3, 2013.
Police report disclosed that the farm worker named Noli Pepito was working on the rice field of Mr. Felix Meroy who was gravely threatened by one (1) Alias Lapu-lapu with a handgun, quickly reported to the latter (Mr. Meroy) who confronted the former, who in turn turned against him discharging a hand held gun twice to the ground then left the rice field immediately. Responding policemen failed to apprehend the suspect upon arrival at the crime scene.
Report disclosed, however, that suspect is allegedly a member of the Tribu Lapu-lapu cult in Brgy. Purok 5 Brgy. Bantigue, this City. Police says they are now preparing a case against suspect for Grave Threats.
