GRACE Poe-Llamanzares, who shed off her husband’s surname when she ran for senator in 2013 to exploit her adoptive dad’s popularity, was, as an infant, either (a) the love child of president Ferdinand Marcos and movie actress Rosemarie Sonora or (b) a foundling abandoned by her unknown parents.
The first suggests scandal, though the sin of the parents shouldn’t visit the child. Marcos haters would recoil at the thought of another Marcos, half-blood as she could only be, in Malacañang.
