Mendoza: Without King’s men, Warriors will work magic


LEBRON James was fine in Game 1 on Friday (Philippine time).

I don’t see any reason why he wouldn’t be fine, too, on Monday’s Game 2 of the ongoing NBA Finals.

That was as far as shooting basketballs is concerned, of course.

On Friday, LeBron fired a game-high 44 points against a team noted for suffocating defense—and the best in the West, if not in the entire NBA this season.
