Epileptic man found dead

JEFFREY GERALDE left his grandfather's house early in the morning yesterday. He did not come back.
Later, he was found floating lifeless off the shore of Barangay Sangat, San Fernando town by two neighbors.
When neighbors Victor Secretaria and Manolit Sasuman saw Geralde's body, they immediately called Elicio, the victim's grandfather.
PO3 Marjokim Misuari said that Geralde had epilepsy, which might have been triggered while he was swimming in the sea that morning.
