CSIS releases aerial images of Cuarteron Reef in disputed Spratlys - GMA News

An aerial photo released by the Center for Strategic International Studies recently shows Cuarteron Reef, located in the London Reefs, as the site of significant dredging and construction during the summer months of 2014. Prior to this time, the reef held a concrete supply platform with communications equipment and radars, like many of China's other land features in the Spratly Islands. China has since built an artificial island on Cuarteron and is also building structures on the island. CSIS
