What: Carb Cycling
Why: Carbs are not the enemy. In fact, when you eat, your carbohydrates are important to fuel you up for your workouts and for day-to-day activities. Carbohyrate consumption is also essential for ensuring there is adequate glycogen sources and glucose to prevent fatigue.
