Security issues prompt revamp

FOLLOWING several concerns over Cebu City Hall's security, a new chief was appointed to head the Civil Security Unit (CSU).
Cebu City Bantay Dagat Commission Executive Director Ranulfo Sebusa assumed as new CSU chief, trading places with former head, Security Officer Ramon Ortiz Sr.
Atty. Dominic Diño, Mayor Michael Rama's chief of staff, issued the respective memoranda on Sebusa and Ortiz's new positions last March 2.
