PAGASA: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies, isolated light rain on Holy Monday - GMA News

PAGASA's 5 p.m. bulletin said the weak Northeast Monsoon is affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
"Batanes will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rain," it said.
Weather in Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, it added.
PAGASA also said moderate to occasionally strong winds from the northeast will prevail over the northern and eastern section of the country and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas. — Joel Locsin/JDS, GMA News
