Jo de Vivre: Good times with wine

WHEN there’s wine, it’s bound to be a good time. Rustan’s recently hosted a wine tasting event at their supermarket in Ayala Center Cebu. The different varieties for the afternoon were Moët and Chandon Champagne Brut Imperial from France, Flametree Shiraz from Australia and Beronia Crianza from Spain. With modern wine drinking, there are no hard rules anymore for red wine being paired only with red meat, or white wine being paired only with seafood. But what do you buy to go with that bottle?
