Gomez, Jumamil dominate Bantayan triathlon

CEBUANA Cianyl Jamae Gonzalez of Parklane Tri-Team and Bohol’s Paul Jumamil of Alaska Tri-Aspire professional team dominated the women’s and men’s standard distance of Tri Team Championship Series 2015 yesterday in Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu.
Gonzalez shone in the women’s standard distance after completing first the 1.5-kilometer swim segment, 40K bike and 10K run. Louie Villacin placed second, while May Salimbangon nabbed third place.
In the men’s division, Jumamil was followed by Parklane Tri-Team’s Emmanuel Comendador of Bohol and Jory Ycong of Repro Optima.
