IN A decision dated May 31, 2005, the Labor Arbiter (LA) found the petitioners Froilan M. Bergonio Jr. and nine others illegally dismissed and ordered respondents South East Asian Airlines and Irene Dornier, among others, to immediately reinstate the petitioners with full back wages. For failure of respondents to reinstate petitioners despite respondents’ manifestation to reinstate them in the payroll, the petitioners filed before the LA a manifestation for their immediate reinstatement.
