IN ITS nine years of existence, authentic Japanese restaurant Izakaya Kagura, located on A.S. Fortuna St., Mandaue City, has stuck to a simple “direction” that has allowed it to be successful in business.
“For us, the customers are like gods, and we like to make them happy,” shared general manager Naoki Kurokochi. That is also the reason why the place is named as such.
