Carvajal: Simple seniority

THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has clarified recently that a member’s discount is not promotional, hence seniors are entitled to a 20 percent discount over and above it. This hopefully settles the problem in a government-owned golf club in Metro Cebu where senior members are not given 20 percent discount over and above the member’s price for their meals.
