Suspects in Pastor murder now on Immigration 'look-out' list - GMA News

Three suspects in the killing of Pinoy racing champ Enzo Pastor, including his widow, have been placed on the Immigration bureau's lookout bulletin.

Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said Lookout Bulletin Orders were issued against widow Daliah Pastor, businessman Domingo de Guzman III and confessed gunman PO2 Edgar Angel "in order to prevent any delay in the investigation and prosecution of the subject cases."

De Guzman — Mrs. Pastor's alleged lover — and Angel are facing murder and frustrated murder charges, while Daliah was slapped with a parricide complaint.

Under the Lookout Bulletin Order, Daliah first has to secure an emigration clearance certificate (ECC) before she can be allowed to leave the country.

Immigration officials were likewise ordered to inform De Lima in case the three suspects pass through immigration counters in any air or sea ports.

The Immigraton bureau was also ordered to coordinate with the Office of the Prosecutor General or the Philippine National Police to obtain additional information on the suspects.

De Lima said an LBO differs from a court-issued hold departure order or a DOJ-issued watch list order in that the LBO's purpose is just to monitor an individual and not necessarily restrict them from leaving the country. — Mark Merueñas/JDS, GMA News
