5 barangay workers found positive of drug use

FIVE barangay workers tested positive of illegal drug use during the surprise tests in three barangays in Cebu City.
This raises the figure to 178 workers since the Cebu City Office for Substance Abuse Prevention (Cosap) started its surprise drug tests in the barangays this year.
This, as Cosap plans to include in the test teachers in all public elementary and secondary schools in the City.
Cosap administered the tests in Barangays Sapangdaku, Cogon Ramos and Toong last week.
