MANILA, Philippines—After holding nine hearings, the Senate blue ribbon committee has recommended the filing of plunder, bribery and graft cases against Senators Juan Ponce-Enrile, Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada and Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr in connection with the P10-billion “pork barrel” scam.

The three senators have been also charged with plunder at the Office of the Ombudsman.

Aside from the senators, the committee wrapped up its investigation by recommending the filing of appropriate charges against other personalities suspected of being involved in the scam like Enrile’s former chief of staff, lawyer Jessica “Gigi” Reyes.
