Preparation for Edsa celebration in Cebu

CEBU. Workers prepare a stage in front of the Provincial Capitol for the 28th annual anniversary on Tuesday of the first People People Power uprising at Edsa. President Benigno Aquino III will be in Cebu for the celebration. (Amper Campana)
