Police locks up man carrying deadly weapon from Dagami, Leyte!

Recently, OCPS1 police assistance desk duty officer at the Ormoc City Public Market was able to apprehend one (1) Marvin Rubio y Venezuelas, 32 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Talinghucun, Dagami, Leyte in possessing a 12 inch Long knife and four (4) pieces improvised arrows “Indian Pana” tucked on his waist and inside his pocket, respectively. The knife on plain view was reported to policemen, who positively validated report and invited the suspect for questioning at the Ormoc City Police Station 1 (OCPS1), Sunday September 22, 2013. Carrying of deadly weapon is strongly campaigned by the Office to preempt untoward incidents particularly stabbing and shooting in the City.
