Ormoc City Gangsters (TBS) strikes again

April Rose Ferreras a victim of gangsters (TBS) from Ormoc. She is now in Gachalian Hospital for screening. The said victim was walking home from school when she was nabbed by unidentified group of teenagers and hacked in the head by a stone, caused wound that needed 4 stitches.
Her face was beaten from punches. Some witnesses said that the group was members of notorious gang in Ormoc City, the TBS. The family is asking for financial help for they can not afford all the medical bills they are about to face.
