I will dismiss drug charged policemen!

MAASIN CITY – PNP Provincial Director Armando Bolalin has recommended the dismissal from the police force here of 5 PNP officers who proved positive for taking illegal drugs. He added he would order the investigate of the case of SPO1 Michael Lou Yepes to ascertain if he was the officer in a video aired by the Tulfo brothers taking drugs last September 2 although City Police Chief Elwin Fernandez claimed Yepes had tested negative for drug use.
According to a police informant the man wearing black in the Tulfo video was police officer SPO1 Michael Lou Yepes a resident of Bagtican, Maasin City, a police officer assigned to the city police force. This video was taken last May and was also reported 2 months ago to Camp Crame authorities and PNP Chief Allan Purisima but no action had been taken regarding the charges.
Michael Lou Yepes has denied he was a drug addict and said he was willing to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence. He also claimed he hadn’t even seen the video although he could have easily viewed it on the internet.
