History book on Province to be released this month

THE University of San Carlos (USC) turned over to Capitol books related to the history of the Province and its municipalities and cities during the Gabii sa Sugbo last Friday night.
Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III, together with mayors and congressmen in the Province, celebrated the 2nd Gabii sa Sugbo to honor the Province’s heroes and leaders and revisit the Province’s history.
Gabii sa Sugbo is part of the Province’s month-long celebration of its 445th founding anniversary.
Davide mentioned 2013 as filled with challenges, when Cebu was hit by different calamities.
