Capitol prepares for Undas

ACTING Gov. Julian Daan and Acting Vice Gov. Teddy Ouano will meet Capitol department officials in preparation for the All Souls’ Day and All Saints’ Day this weekend.
Daan said he will issue a memorandum declaring half-day work on Friday, the eve of All Saints’ Day, to give time to Capitol employees who will be going out of town to visit cemeteries.
Provincial Board (PB) Member Daan was the acting vice governor yesterday and is acting governor until Nov 1. Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale is on vacation and Gov. Hilario Davide III is on official trip; both of them are in Japan.
