Do you like this story?
A typical meal in the Philippines is not complete without a bowl of hot soup. It could be made out of meat or noodles or whatever you can whip up. It goes best with rice and whatever viand you have, or it can be eaten by itself as the main dish, for nothing beats a steaming bowl of soup.
Ingredients:
1 Lb. of fresh fish, cut into small pieces
5 Cups water
Crushed ginger (to taste)
2 Tomatoes, sliced
3 Green peppers
3 Green onions, chopped
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp. pepper
Instructions:
1. Boil water, then add fish pieces.
2. Add tomatoes and ginger. Boil for 10 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
