NBI takes custody of Davidson Bangayan - Inquirer.net

MANILA, Philippines – The National Bureau of Investigation on Monday took into custody alleged big time rice smuggler Davidson Bangayan (alias David Tan), reports said.

Tan was taken by the NBI after the Senate committee on agriculture hearing on rice smuggling in the country. An arrest warrant was earlier issued against him on charges of power pilferage.
